How do I register for golf camp?
Registration is simple, just follow the steps below...
(1) Download, print and fill out the registration PDF by clicking here.
(2) Download, print and fill out the Health Release Form by clicking here
(3) Write a check payable to JT Golf Camps
(4) Mail your check, registration form and health release form to the address below:
